Take a look at UPPER(), LOWER() and PROPER() in the help menu...

=UPPER("TeSt TexT") will return "TEST TEXT"
=LOWER("TeSt TexT") will return "test text"
=PROPER("TeSt TexT") will reutnr "Test Text"
