Excel Sheet with names and address to vCard

Is there a way to easily convert a list of names and addresses to vCards to
forward to salespeople.

I want to pick the relevant addresses and not do the complete spread sheet.

File-> Import and Export-> Import from another program or file

Once imported into a contacts folder you can select your contacts and then
choose Actions-> Send As Business Card

That was in previous excel program. But in office 2007 where do I find the
sequence of File> Import and Export etc.
