If you dont need to be writing to the file at the same time, first thing I would
do is take the Sharing off of the file. I have seen Sharing cause a lot of
problems. Only thing this should change is that is if someone is in the file,
others will be able to open it as a read only file.
On your machine - go ahead and clean out all files and folders in
c:\windows\temp and c:\documents & settings\(you)\local\temp (make sure you
have hidden and system files showing
