excel security

Is there a way to have excel trust a particular excel file that has
macros/vba code. ...without adjusting the whole security level to low...
 
Only with a digital signature. You can create your own signature with
SelfCert.exe. Search in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11 or in
whatever directory Office was installed. You may have to find it on the
Office CD/DVD.
