Excel SaveCopyAs COMException 0x800A03EC

Hi Guys

Does anybody know how to solve the following Excel SaveCopyAs System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x800A03EC): Exception from HRESULT: 0x800A03EC error

I can't even seem to save a basic sheet with zero content
