In both 2000 and XP I had the option to install "Report
Manager" from Add-Ins. I have recently upgrade Office to
2003 but cannot find a "Report Manager" Add-In.

Does this still exist? Can anyone help?

Thanks
Jackie

I've never used report manager, but I typed "report manager" in the "ask a
question box" top right corner.

The first item shown was to go to the web.

Part of the link showed this:
The Excel 2002 Report Manager add-in is not included with Excel 2002, as was the
case with previous versions of Excel. To use it, you must first download the
Excel 2002 Report Manager add-in from Downloads on Microsoft Office Online.
Follow the instructions on the Downloads page to install the Report Manager.

(Inside that paragraph was a link to the download.)

Report Manager for Excel 2002 does not work for Excel 2003. Search on Report Manager and read the response to the thread on 10/29.

Oops. I missed the part about 2003. (even after getting a private message from
the QCC.)

And I went back to that thread:

http://google.com/groups?threadm=DF191596-C9FA-4D8D-B2C5-3A8C0D7A957D@microsoft.com
(one line in your browser)

And read your last followup that it didn't work in xl2003. (I don't have 2003
installed, but in one message in the thread, Debra Dalgleish posted a message
that the KB article did apply to 2003, too.)

I just looked at:

HOW TO: Create Multiple Views and Create and Print a Report in Excel
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=291072

And at the bottom it says it was reviewed 9/22/2003. So it sounds current.

What happens when you try it--is it an install problem or what?

Maybe someone running xl2003 can post if they've tried and succeeded or even
failed.
