Excel in a foreign language

I've just changed job and my new employer has Excel in our national
language version instead of the english version, which I have always
used. Now I am suddenly without reference if I want to look something
up in Help.

Anyone knows about dictionaries that can translate Excel-terms between
english and other languages?
