Excel-I did something in zoom and now it views/prints minutely

I'm creating a list of entries on a spread sheet and did something in print
preview to see how it would print (to see if there were too many entries on
one page and not enough on another). Now, when I hit the print preview icon,
it looks minute and prints minute as well.
 
you probably went into setup- page and either selected 1 page wide by one
page high or or adjusted to smaller than 100 % normal size
