how do i make my heading to move with me? for example, if i scroll down, how
can i make my headings to go down with me?
And same thing for my column A, if i go across the rows to the right, how
can i make the data from my column A to move with me?

thank you.

Click on the row under the heading; use Window | Split
Click on the column to the right of heading; use Window | Spilt
In XL 2007, you will find Window group under the View tab
best wishes

I like to use Window|Freeze panes (xl2003 menu system)

For example, if I want column A to be always visible and row 1 to be always
visible:

I'd select A1 (just to make sure it's visible)
Then I'd select B2
Window|freeze panes.

Every column to the left of that activecell will be frozen.
Every row above that activecell will be frozen.
