Excel formatting should expand to other cells

Excel should have the ability to expand it's conditional formatting to other
cells. For instance, if cell A is >= 4, then cell B should have "this"
formatting. Possible? Not yet. I would think in the universe of conditional
formatting, this would be next.

Is this what you mean?

Select cell B2. Format>Conditional Formatting>FormulaIs =A2>4. Set the
required formatting.
