An area manager I often assist with computer work was
baffled (and so am I) when he sent out (as he always does)
a spreadsheet to 12 different locations, they in turn
fill it in and then send it back to him. 6 of them
wouldn't open?!?! The other six were fine. When he
clicked on the attachment it returned an error message
of "Can not create file. Create a folder and check
permissions" This proved unsuccessful as well (unless I
was doing that wrong) can you advise?
