Excel Download Issues

Customer were able to download Excel files from our web site until they
upgraded to Windows Vista. Is there a setting for fix for this problem?

You're going to have to give us something to work with. What happens
when the Vista users try to download an Excel file? How exactly does
this download system work?
 
Do you mean download them, or view them?

If view them; they need to get Microsoft Excel Viewer(it's free).
