EXCEL Capital Letters

You would need a macro for that to be simple

Application.ScreenUpdating = False
Application.Calculation = xlCalculationManual
Dim Cell as Range

For Each Cell In Intersect(Selection, _

Cell.Formula = UCase(Cell.Formula)

Application.Calculation = xlCalculationAutomatic
Application.ScreenUpdating = True

there is also a function called UPPER that will convert all letters to upper
case
