When I try and open or save an Excell Attachment (file extension of .xls), the response is always that the file has an invalid format. I am using my cable company provided e-mail, and do have Excel.

When this kind of problems comes, it means that the attachment was not uploaded properly. Please request the sender of the mail to resent the attachment again.
