Excel attachments show up with .csv suffix and Image Analyzer icon

A few days ago I reduced the file size of a photo using Image Converter.
Ever since then it seems that any Excel file I try to save, or even one that
comes in from Outlook has a .csv file extension and it shows the Image
Analyzer icon. I can't figure out how to make this problem go away.....nor
do I know what I did to cause it to happen.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

CSV = Comma Separated Variables
Your problem is caused by neither Windows XP, nor by MS Excel, nor by MS
Outlook.
Your problem is caused by Image Converter.
Contact Image Converter technical support for resolution of your problem.
