Excel and Lotus Notes

Hi all,

I've done intensive programming with Excel and Outlook. However, my
employer prefers Lotus Notes and hence I cannot use any of my code
there. Is there a way to send data from Excel through Notes at all?

Yes, but you'll need to learn the Notes object model.
