Excel Add Ins - Funcres.xla and solver.xla for office xp

hi...i m working on a excel sheet. i m facing an error with following library
missing while usig macro.

1. funcres.xla
2. solver.xla

how can i download this files. i do not have office xp CD. i have searched
on net...but not found.

this is cvery important for me...and i neet to submit my proejct by
monday.....can anyone help me...please..
 
If they are loaded you simply need to check or uncheck them. If you do not
need them then unchecking will stop the error

Tools>Add-ins...
