Excel 97

I have a PC loaded with Excel 97. I would like to know whether the Excel
file created in Excel 2000 with vlookup function and VBA could work in the
Excel 97.
 
Most likely will work but there were new features added to Excel 2000 and
Excel 2000 VBA that Excel 97 will not support.
