I operate Office 2000 on my home computer. My boss
operates Office 97 on his network computer at our
workplace. He can e-mail a spreadsheeet to me using Excel
97 that I can open and read on my computer ... but I am
unable to e-mail a spreadsheet to him. He is able to open
a spreadsheet from me in Excel 97 but the print is huge and
he is unable to read anything I send from Excel 2000. Is
there any solution short of me downgrading to Excel 97 (if
I am able to find a version of Office 97)?

There are no compatability issues between 97 and 2000.
When he opens the spreadsheet, if the font is huge, have him select all cells
and change the font

You may want to rethink what font you are actually creating the spreadsheets
with. He may not have it on his system.

Try something generic

2000 and 97 are the SAME format. (97, 2000 and 2002 are the same - 95 is the
one that is different and unable to read the other three)

:
: Try saving your spreadsheets as 97 format (in the Save As File Type box)
