excel 97 to excel 2002 conversion issues/solutions

Dear ExcelForum members,

Could you assist me by pointing to any web-resources for conversion o
Excel97 to Excel2002 files? Soon our company will go to the migratio
process therefore we need to assist users directly or indirectly (b
providing them documentation) to ensure that their Excel files can wor
properly in the new version, and also new shared folder structure.

I'll already do some googling at the same time of course, but your hel
will be appreciated to speed up the study.

The file format is the same.. I have switched between 97, 2000, 2002 2003
and back again without any problems,
There are some file recovery improvements and some other things but the they
are pretty much the same
