Excel 2007 Fill Problem

I have used the fill option to change the color of specific cells - they
appear colored on screen but in print preview, actual printed pages and wheb
saved as pdf files the color is removed - How did I do that????

I believe it could be one of two problems:
1. Choose File, Page Setup, Sheet tab and uncheck Black and white
2. You could be connected to a black and white printer, and that might
cause the display to show up in black and white?
