Excel 2007 - Can't insert rows

using an Excel 2003 worksheet. Throws the following error.

"Can Not Shift Objects Off Sheet".

HELP!
 
select all unused columns to the right of your data and delete
select all unused rows below your data and delete. that should reset
everything.
