Excel 2003: Protection

What is the best way to protect a worksheet (only worksheet in the workbook)
so that no one changes anything? And how do you do it?

I thought of giving it a password to open as read only but there are two of
us who will update the worksheet and the other one can't always remember
passwords, so I doubt that would work.
 
From the menu bar: Tools - Protection - Protect Sheet. Then select or
de-select options as needed.

If you want to leave individual cells unlocked with this option you can set
the properties on individual cells by: Format - Cell - 'Protection' tab.
