Excel 2003 - Links

I have a worksheet that opens with the message indicating that I have a link
and asks if I want to update the data. I do not want the link but cannot
find the cell that is generating the link message.

How do I find it?

Edit > Links
will tell you the name of the file.
Then search for this filename (or part thereof) in each worksheet in turn.
 
Stephen:

That was the first thing I tried and was unsuccessful.
I cranked up "Find" and searched the whole document, sheet by sheet
searching both the formulas and the Values.
I also did a "find" in VBA selecting the "Project" and came up with nothing.

Any other ideas?
