Hello,

A couple of questions:

1. When I insert as drop shadow frame around a title
that is centered over my page columns, it causes the page
to no longer be horizontally centered on the page, even
though I have activated this option in Page Setup.

2. When I insert certain symbols in Excel, they seem to
disappear unless I'm in "edit" mode in the same cell.

3. Where can I find a listing of bugs in Excel 2002 and
other Office 2002 programs?

THANKS!

Excel has no bugs -- it has undocumented features!

Well, that response was quite amusing, but it doesn't
answer my questions, which I asked quite seriously.

1. When I see posts related to printing, the first thing I suggest is to try it
on another printer. Maybe it's the printer that's having trouble. (Even
installing a driver for a non-existent printer would allow you to test via print
preview.) (But maybe it's a bug, too.)

2. If you give an example, you might get some responses from people who can try
it. (I've never noticed this--but I don't use symbols very often.)

3. You can search the MS knowledge base to find workarounds, documented
features (sometimes misunderstood--or just clarified). And if you've downloaded
the patches for office XP, I bet there was a link to a list of things that were
fixed in the patch.
