Excel 2000 - Round to nearest month

Hi . I need a function that can take a date, no matter what date in that
month, and round to the first of the next month.

For Example:

If the A1cell has 9/1/2008, A1 cell has A1 + 540 (days) = 2/23/2010, but
instead I want it to round to 3/1/2010

=DATE(YEAR(A1+540),MONTH(A1+540)+1,1)
