Excel 2000 / How clear drop-down list in Pivottable?

After having deleted Items in Source Data Table and refreshed Pivottable
Items still in Drop-down list of field in Pivottable.

How can Drop-down list of a field in Pivottable be cleared of all
redundant Items?

ActiveSheet.PivotTables("PivotTable1").PivotCache.Refresh
