excel 2000 cannot find XLMAIN8.HLP

I get an msg box indicating that the help file for
example report manager cannot be found. Any suggestions
to resolve this problem?

Ok, try this again. I did not relize you are talking about Office 97. Go
to http://www.experts-exchange.com/Applications/MS_Office/Q_10260208.html
and read the solution,

Or,

put in the Office 97 CD and do an update

Or,

search the CD for the file and copy it to the folder for Office 97.
