Excalibur 32 bit v 1.06 errors on exit

I just had Excalibur v1.06 installed on my work PC and it runs ok, but
on exit it gives an error. Not much info in the error message, but I
assume it is because it is trying to write settings to a protected
directory.

This is not such a big issue, but it prevents me from saving any user
defined programs or settings.

I'm not even sure it has to do with protected directories. Anyone have
a clue?

Sorry, cannot reproduce error over here. tested on XPSP2, XP and
Win98
