exact.downloader

I have run the antispyware scan 3 times and the scan
keeps detecting exact.downloader (Trojan downloader).It
says it is high risk and should be removed, so i remove
it and run the scan again, and there it is again. Any
help on why it wwon't go away??

Q: No matter what I do, it wont remove (insert name of spyware). How do I
get it to?
A: Try running a full system scan at least two times in Safe Mode.
