Everything hangs ?

I don't know what is going on, but everything hangs up. I tried running XP
help and screen frooze. Is there any program that will tell me what is
running ? Also puter takes forever to restart or shut down. ? HELP !!!!!

You could disable unnecessary items from loading at startup, th
firewall and antivirus are needed, rest you cud check up on the net an
then disable. Run thorough scans for spyware. RUn a disk cleanup an
defragment the HDD. This will help improve performance. Also is it du
to insufficient RAM? checked your fans and whether its a heat issue
