Everybodys Calender in the same Window

Hi

Is it possible in Outlook 2003 to open everyones shared Calender in the same
window? The Manager of the Company wants to see quickly where everyone are.
This is something like a calender for Group Sales.

Thank you. I Suppose I can make an account "everybody" and share it. The
sailsman have to add appointments both to their personall calender and also
to "everybody" groupcalender to allow the manager to see in one quick look
what everybody are doing.
