Start > Run > type "eventsvwr" (no quotes) > click OK. The full filename is
eventsvwr.exe and it's located in the C:\Windows\System32 folder. The other
way is Start > Settings > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > "Events
Viewer" icon. If the shortcut icon is missing from the Administrator Tools
folder then you simply create a new shortcut to the file there.

There are no "s" in the command or file name, eventvwr.exe.
