Event to monitor for using changing record in form

I have a standard user form in Access. I need to know the event to monitor to
use VBA to peform certain actions when a user changes the record associated
with the form by clicking the arrow at the bottom of the form. I know this is
a basic question, but I can't seem to find it in the help. Thanks in advance.
