Event the triggers re-evaluation of conditional formatting (?)

I'm using conditional formatting in the detail section of a continuous form -
based on a value in an unbound text box in the header.

It works fine, but I'm having trouble figuring out what event triggers the
re-evaluation of the condition. It happens upon change in the detail row but
I would also like it to happen upon change in the unbound text box.

Does anyone know? - how can I force the evaluation?
