Event System Alert ?

I am getting an event system shutdown that restarts my computer after a countdown from one minute. Details specify:
The COM+ Event System detected a bad return code during its internal processing. HRESULT was 800706BA from line 44 of d:\nt\com\com1x\src\events\tier1\eventsystemmobj.cpp

Also Event information specifies User NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM Started Event ID: 1 from ccPwdSvc. I don't know if this is related but my computer won't run for more than 30 minutes max on the internet. The last shutdown occured while signing off the internet. I use plain slow dial up.

Please Help
 
Hi Jeremy,

When the shutdown warning appears, click start/run and enter "shutdown -a"
to halt the process. It's a virus called blaster or lovesan. Information:

You need the patch described here to protect against it:

Programs

Problem is, you needed to install the patch BEFORE you got infected to avoid
it.
