EVENT ID ERROR 7000 & 7009 AutoComplete

I get this in my event viewer

one says EVENT ID 7000

The AutoComplete Service service failed to start due to the following error:

The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely
fashion.

& 7009 says this



Timeout (30000 milliseconds) waiting for the AutoComplete Service service to
connect.



what the fix & what autocomplete part of? xp or office ?
