event id 4010

MessageId=4010 Severity=Error
SymbolicName=DNS_EVENT_DS_RECORD_LOAD_FAILED
The event data is 000007b.
and the DNS services is not able to start.

Any solution for this error. It occurs in the domain
controller.
How to work around this issue.

This problem was corrected in SP3.
