Evaluate a string

How can I evaluate this string in vb.net

for whatever reason I can't get thru their login loop
-logged in three time and always get sent back to login page when download
is attempted.

anybody have a copy of these downloads available somewhere ?

this appears to be a desktop solution ?

I don't find any examples or information on how to use this in a server side
application
