How do I get a Euro sign ??

There are several ways, but I use a little freeware background program
called AllChars. This lets me type many common special characters (many of
these are used in other languages) by pressing the ctrl key followed by a
two character mnemonic combination.

For example, for ?, the two characters are E and =. For ñ they are ~ and n.
For ç it's c and , For ü it's u and "

I have a Spanish keyboard layout and it's Alt Gr + E and you get €.

That said, it's better to use "eur" because a lot of people don't have
the encoding set to be able to read it.

Alias

Alt Gr + E gave me é but someone else said Alt Gr + 4 and that worked -
different keyboard but I am in Spain quite a lot so I will remember that,

Thanks for your help
