EULA pop-up every time I launch an Office application

Ever since I installed XP SP2, every time I launch an
Office application(Word, Excel, etc.) the EULA pop-up
window shows up and asks me to "agree" to the end user
license agreement. The software is a legal installation
and has been activated. On install of SP2 it asked to
insert the original Office CD, which I did. Anyone heard
of this problem? The only thing I can think of to fix
this is to un-install Office and re-install. Any other
suggestions?

You must accept the Office XP End User License Agreement every time that
you start an Office XP program

A search for "EULA" turned up the solution to my problem
about 6 matches down. Sorry about that, I usually don't
have much luck using search. Anyway, thanks again!
