EULA allows second copy for portable. How?

My desktop has Office 2003 Professional OEM applied. EULA states I can
install a second copy in my portable. How do I get installation disk from one
computer to install into the other?
 
It sounds like perhaps you purchased a PC with Office 2003 pre-loaded, and
the PC vendor did not include the original CD installation disks (?). You
need to have these CD's that are normally used to install the software. If
you only have some type of restore CD from your PC vendor, you may be out of
luck as far as installing a second copy of Office on your laptop.

You should post to the ms.office ng, however an OEM copy of Office is
licensed to a single PC, a retail version may be licensed to several PC's,
depending on Office2003 version
