Ethernet card

I have a problem with internet, these last few days
sometimes very slow, after trying many things my Bell
Sympatico technicien (internet provider) tells me that
the problem is with my ethernet card that I should get
the update for it. Can't find updates for ethernet card
anywhere. Would you know???? Thank you
 
There is probably a firmware update from the ethernet card manufacturer's
web site. Go there and check.
