I am having trouble with the ethernet card and cable modem running all the
time, whenever the computer is turned on, both lites on the modem and
ethernet card are on, send and recieve. I looked at the taskmanager on
process's and found a file with the name,"kcjkwj.exe.2f1a10a9.pf" that
appears to be running all the time, I looked on my other computer and could
not find this file, does anybody know what it is, my cpu is running from
10-77% usage, when the computer is idle,

sounds like a virus or spyware. Willing to bet you don't have current
anti-virus software. Run adaware program and have your system updates
current. Do these 3 and it should take care of your problem. Remember you
may need to boot in safe mode to have adaware software run properly.

one last thing any file sharing programs installed like Kazaa?

Sorry wayne you loose the bet, I installed xp pro on a blank 80g hard drive,
without the ethernet cable hooked up, then I installed norton 2004, and
then hooked up the cable and updated it, then went to ms update and updated
the system with all the latest and greatest, there are no programs on the
drive other than xp pro and norton,
