establishing billing documents for my busines

My last computer had microsoft works, as does my new one.
It's new system seems that it has every type of sheet
premade except for what I need for billing. The last
works would have the statements set-up that I needed
premade. Am I just going about it wrong, or is it still
here SOMEWHERE? I am now using the task launcher.
Any help would be great, Thank you,
