EST zone choice no longer available in pull down tab

After running the Time zone wizard for DSL, i have lost the choice to slect
EST zone .....Help...all my MCE guide info is wrong now , as well as my
e-mail stamps.
What can i do.....Urgent

TY John......But found "TZedit.exe" excellent sollution..pass the word ,
allows create or edit of TZones, easy to use also

"TZedit.exe" from MSoft does the trick....i am V happy now
