errror message

I'm getting an error message as such
790:qttask.exe Drive not ready ...Door may be open, etc
Device\harddisk\dr3 I don't know what this is. It seems
to come up randomly
 
qttask.exe is part of QuickTime. Please contact Apple Computers for the
best support.
