Erros msg

Hello

Hope you can help me, every time I start windows, log on my screen a window appears with this messag
RUNDLL, Error Loading, C:\WINDOWS\System32\msiefr40.dl
The specified module could not be found

I did an error log search and this came up...not that anything means anythign to me

Hanging application rundll32.exe, version 5.1.2600.0, hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x0000000

There are no further problems with my pc, it is just an annoying msg..I think so
Your help would be appreciated
