I have realised that after i downloaded the Nature 2, Nature 1, Quebec and
Historical Monuments Themes, I found out that they share the same sounds. And
that they did not have the screensavers provided together.

And also the Desktop images provided by Microsoft NZ, I am not able to save
it in JPG format. Instead i can only save it in bmp format. I will like to
know what should i do when such problems arise.

I am using Windows XP SP2, ver 5.1
I am also using Pentium D processor.

If you can't save in .jpg format, then try emptying your Temporary and
Temporary Internet files. See this link for details:

Nobody can help me with this problem. Can Microsoft help me with this
problem? Why the themes that are available for download has some problems?

Microsoft is not going to help you from your posting here in a peer
newsgroup. Microsoft seldom even reads these posts, even on an
unofficial basis.

If you want support from Microsoft, you will have to either call their
support line, or email their tech support website.

As to your question, why would you think that a Theme created for
Windows 98 would work in either XP or Vista as it should in Windows
98? Didn't you know that Windows XP has an entirely different theming
engine than Windows 98? And the themes are not always compatible
between the two OSes.

As far as saving graphics in different formats, why not try a media
converter of some sort? They are written by the thousands by
programmers who have nothing better to do with their time.

Why not use your brain which God gave you, and learn to "Google" on
various subjects. You will find out lots of information on many, many
subjects.
