errors upon errors

My cpu has been shuting off rebooting and when it caomes
back up i get windows has recovered from a serious error
These are the errors.
C:\Windows\Minidump\Mini 10404.01.dmp and
C:\DOCUME~1\my cpuname\LOCALS~1\Temp\WFR1.tmp.dir00
\sysdata.xml
I've tried new motherboards generic memory namebrand
memory countless different hard drives overclockin the
cpu underclocking cpu as well as memory the onlything i
havent tried is a new processor can the processor cause
this any help would be awsome

You say you have tried alternative RAM. Tried a *single*, high-quality
512 RAM chip?
 
These are generally RAM but could be motherboard, CPU or power supply. Open
case and look for overheating at CPU heatsink and power supply. Be sure all
fans are spinning. Look for bulging or leaking capacitors.
